It has been 60 years since we first started carrying passengers by cable car up to Monte di Mezzocorona. Quite a milestone, isn’t it?

Over the years, we have seen generations of people come and go, sharing excited smiles and unforgettable views. Now, however, we feel the time has come to renew ourselves and look to the future.

In the coming months, you might notice some activity around our facilities. Don’t worry—it is all part of the preparations for our upcoming renovation works.

Please be informed that the cable car closed on Monday, June 15, 2026.

The summit of the mountain can only be reached on foot via the SAT 500 trails, the Strada delle Longhe, or the Burrone Giovanelli via ferrata.

We are getting ready to welcome you back even better than before: after all, even those who take others to new heights need to get back in shape every now and then!
